This recipe is based from the Rotel Dip recipe you find on a can of Rotel or a box of Velveeta. That dip is good, but I think I made it even better!
What you need;
1 large box of Velveeta cheese
1 can of Rotel
2 tbls fresh chopped cilantro
2 tbls diced jalepeno (I use pickled in the jar, use less if you use fresh)
1 cup cooked & crumbled sausage
Throw everything in the crockpot and cook on low for an hour, stir and then cook another hour. Switch temp to warm and it stays warm in the crockpot all day. Traditionally served with tortilla chips, but today I’m serving with pepperoni chips (see pepperoni chips recipe).
