My One Dish Chicken recipe https://simple2something.wordpress.com/2013/07/08/one-dish-chicken-10-00-dinner/ is one of my most popular posts. It’s probably so popular because it’s simple, delicious and easy on your wallet. I came up with a variation of that recipe using a pork tenderloin. The result was delicious! Even my husband who isn’t a big pork fan loved this dish. A few simple ingredients, an hour in your oven and the result is a delicious dinner that your family is sure to love!
One Dish Pork
What you need;
Pork Tenderloin 1.5lb
2 sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
Fresh (trimmed) or frozen whole green beans
1 packet Italian dressing mix
Pats of butter
How to make;
Place the tenderloin in the center of a 9×13 baking dish. Place the green beans on one side of the pork and the sweet potatoes on the other side of the pork. Sprinkle the Italian dressing packet over everything. Place a few pats of butter over the entire dish. Cover with foil and bake at 400 for 1 hour. Let the pork rest at least 5 minutes before slicing.
Enjoy!
This recipe feeds a family of 4 for about $10.00!
